Okay, now that i have rest enough i shall start blogging about my trip :D
Tuesday, 8th Sept
We set off at about 9am, and went to Mecure Johor Palm Resort. It's a 5 star holiday resort that resides around some plantations near JB. First interesting activity was a treasure hunt :D awesome thing was, we were given a GPS tracking system. There were 15 waypoints and 3 major challenges, and we had to complete all of them. So you can imagine it's still pretty tough ><
Anyway, my group was the last to reach the finishing line, but I was saying since this is calculated via point system we might win for some freak of nature. Sure enough, we won o.o
We had extra food as prizes, but since we have buffet for every meal it's only useful if we got hungry in the middle of the night. Then we checked into our own rooms and had a giant buffet dinner before going to Canaan's room to start thinking for a dance for Gala night until 1am. Then i went back to my room and played card games with Wei Xiong, Marvin and Sinyee till 2.30am.
2nd day we had to build a raft and sail it (with us on board) across the swimming pool. We had to complete another 3 more challenges to obtainthe materials to craft our boat, and we got 1st place, 2nd place, 1st place again :P
Then our ship got 1st place :) I think we're too awesome already haha.
That night we had captain's ball at about 10pm? We decided not to use any magic time, and sure enough it was the first time and the last time we lost in a competition with another group heh.
The night was spent dancing, playing card games and tonning until about 5 plus before we have to get up at 7.30am.
3rd day we got paintball. It was totally fun, but painful. When you get hit you'll be lucky if it's just a bruise. Sometimes it bleeds. And i got hit twice- one headshot (without any armour or protection) and one faceshot (my goggles saved me) D:
Still it was pretty good compared to a lot of ppl. My entire body was untouched XD
Afternoon was spent preparing for Gala BBQ dinner. We danced to Pokerface by Lady Gaga. And this is the first time i thought the dance was pretty good. Perhaps it's coz we got a breakdancer in our group to teach us. Thanks Joshua. :D
During the Gala there was "Are you smarter than a SB student?" gameshow and a Mr and Ms Compatibility contest. Shall not comment much about that haha.
And it's traditional to ton overnight during the last day, so we did. And appearently there's a scandal going on about me when i was sleeping. Lol, it's like my 10000th scandal or something haha. But this was something new.
4th day. Went shopping before eating A&W. I was so used to eating buffet that even after the family combo i was still hungry that i went to order KFC afterwards. :D Big eater i know ><
And now im finally back in singapore =( miss the camp loads. Wish it would last almost forever D: But all good things must come to an end.
